Operators Terms & Conditions
 
1. Please note all invoices are due for payment within 7 days, failure to pay on time could result with a surcharge fee of £100.

2.Drivers on hire to you are done so on the proviso that insurance is met via your fleet policy. 

3. We do not accept liability whatsoever whilst drivers are on hire to you, we simply pass on work to our members to fill your requirements, we are not an agency or employer we are simply a meeting point for freelance drivers 

4. You the client must not approach any member of the freelance team ltd and offer work. All driver requests must go through our central call centre.
If the operator offers a driver any employed work after the freelance team ltd has introduced a driver to you.
There is an introduction fee of £475 per driver

5. All tachographs remain the property of the member driver until the legal time, then they will be returned to the freelance team and forwarded to you, should you require any info before that time, just ask our call centre.    

6. Fixed penalty notices or parking fines issued to operators by 3rd party companies.
We do not accept any responsibility for any agreement in reference to fines or FPN that the 3rd party companies has agreed with. our hire rates are set in concrete and under NO circumstances will an exception be made

7. You must provide us with all relevant information 36 hours but no less than 24 hours before the date required to allow planning, and traveling 

8. Where travel is involved from members local area, travelling expenses will be negotiated and agreed beforehand.


 
 
Drivers Terms & Conditions
 
 
1. All walk around checks of the vehicle are completed at the start of every duty, and relevant form filled in daily.
 
2. While on hire all drivers must wear the following: Shirt, tie, trousers (no jeans), shoes not trainers, on ALL work
 
3. Please ensure the vehicle you are driving does not run out of fuel under any circumstances
 
4.Please abide by the rules of the company you are on hire to that day.
 
5.Ensure you are within the legal daily driving time.
 
6. The coach must be swept, mopped and cleared of all rubbish at the end of duty.
 
7. All tachographs must be returned to the Freelance Team Ltd Office, Your payment is dependent on this.
 
8. Leave the coach operator with a good impression of how we work, Remember: a bad attitude will cost a driver his job and us as a company a contract with coach operators.
